Dexda Has Been Acquired by LogicMonitor

Today, I am delighted to share some very exciting news with our readers. LogicMonitor, the leading cloud-based infrastructure monitoring and observability platform for enterprises and managed service providers, has acquired Dexda.

At Dexda, our vision has always been to use AI and ML to transform asset data into insights that power business growth. LogicMonitor is a well-established company with 800+ employees that seamlessly monitors everything from networks to applications to the cloud, empowering companies to focus less on problem-solving and more on innovation. Its cloud-based platform helps ITOps, developers and business leaders see more, know more, and do more with their IT stack. 

Dexda and LogicMonitor coming together furthers LogicMonitor’s vision of establishing a global AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) Center of Excellence in Europe and will accelerate planned AI and ML enhancements across LogicMonitor’s product portfolio. As CEO, I personally can’t wait to see the ways in which the Dexda team’s data science and AIOps expertise will further enhance LogicMonitor’s award-winning infrastructure monitoring and observability platform.
