BART utilises Dexda’s predictive intelligence to transform its corrective maintenance management
For BART, loss of ‘correspondence’ from the large volume of switches on their rail network, accounted for most their expensive unplanned maintenance costs. Despite increasing the amounts of planned maintenance work carried out, they found that the number of corrective maintenance activities resulting from unplanned outages remained stubbornly high. Dexda’s intelligent machine learning software provided the predictive intelligence required to transform their corrective maintenance management process.
